Reichsgraf Von Kesselstatt Riesling Kabinett 1998 QmP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer

-Simply incredible winemaking here. Wow!-factor here for the Riesling fan. (favourite white release).
-Spot on nose with the petrol, ripe pear, honey and citrus.
-High toned nose leads to a spiced, multi dimensional palate. Quintessential Riesling here with depth from evolution, loads of honeyed, spiced peach and pear with some grapefruit showing as well. Delicious, impeccably balanced and still amazingly youthful and lively with a solid seam of fruit acidity running throughout this beauty.
-Just coming into the plateau for drinking. Very dry on a persistent finish. Quite a ride from start to finish….Top Notch!
Red:
Don David Reserve Malbec 2006 Cafayate Valley
#64998 - $12.95 ****
-Dark chocolate, perfumed cherry and cassis.
-Beautiful nose leads to a high toned mouthful of viscous, very ripe, concentrated and silky cassis and cherry fruit with a hint of blackcurrant as well.
-Balance is good, extract is beyond what one expects at this price point. Tremendous value, well made and long.
- Look no further for your Spring BBQ red.

-is a steal and as impressive as some of the “Super Tuscans” at three times the price.
-Only a 100 cases in the system so will be harder to find.
-Super scented, fine, muscular, restrained, refined, toasty, nutted, ripely fruited, long…..great!
