Established in 1945, Lauzon Music is a family owned business that has always been focused on offering only the very best in musical instruments and services for their clientele.
 
In the beginning, Larry and Dorothy Lauzon opened Lauzon Music as family business that focused solely on the reconditioning and restoration of pianos. As the 50’s rolled in, the business quickly grew it’s collection to include new pianos, guitars, amplifiers and electric organs.
 
In 1974, the Ottawa music store had begun to grow so rapidly that it occupied both floors of the Ottawa shop to display its vast array of musical instruments. It was also during this time that the shop gained the exclusive right to carry the iconic Steinway & Sons pianos for Eastern Ontario.

Recently, Lauzon Music has been making an effort to expand their reputation for uncompromising quality, online. They now sell their illustrious line of guitars, pianos and amplifiers through their new website. Customers can browse, research and purchase the entire collection, including anything from Martin, Gibson, and Fender, to modern innovators like Taylor and Paul Reed Smith. The Ottawa music store also carries some of the finest custom offerings such as Suhr and R. Taylor.

Lauzon Music also prides itself in its unparalleled level of service. On site they offer highly trained technical staff that consistently tune and maintain piano and guitars. They also offer a premier piano refinishing facility as well as a full service guitar shop.
