Every Sunday from August 1-29, discover the sweetest and most savoury aspects of pioneer life. From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., participants will learn food preparation skills based on heritage techniques and see how they have been adapted to modern times. Topics include pickling, jelly making, edible ornaments, brewing beer, and open hearth cooking.
