The 4th annual season opener is again being held in the beautiful countryside and the hills of Cumberland Village. We hope you come back or discover this Spring duathlon for the first time. It offers a challenging bike course and friendly neighbourhood runs. We have both the Long Duathlon and the shorter Sprint Du, to satisfy all ages and stages. Everything is located at the R. J. Kennedy Arena at 1115 Dunning Rd. in the Village of Cumberland with its nice warm indoor facilities. We hope to see you there, to get the 2008 season off to a good start!
